KORETH
Working title for a first sci-fi short. Miniatures first, film second.

KORETH is the working title for a first short film. The honest version: the film doesn't exist yet. What exists is the plan to get there — small shoots first, single sequences, teasers, each one built and lit for real. The film comes when the shots are good enough.
The centerpiece is a studio-scale starship miniature carrying a 72-channel LED lighting system, driven by TLC5947 constant-current drivers and an ESP32. Every window, every engine glow, every running light is individually addressable — so the ship can be captured in any lighting state a shot needs.
The model is filmed on the motion-control rig for repeatable camera moves, then composited using the ALIVE pipeline. No CGI hulls. No digital relighting. The ship you see is the ship that exists.
